One-on-One coaching


If you live at the Jersey Shore and would like to have a coach assist you through your runs, then this is ideal for you.  This service involves 1 run per week, with me, at your pace.  It also includes a detailed training plan with instructions on flexibility/strength training exercises, proper nutrition and hydration tips, etc.  Based on your plan, we will run 1 of your scheduled workouts together per week throughout your training.  This would be ideal plan for the beginner runner that feels they may need a little extra attention.  No matter your fitness level, this type of coaching will provide you with the opportunity to work one on one with the coach and have your specific needs addressed.

Online coaching


This type of coaching involves communication that is mainly done by phone and email.  The plan includes a full training plan with detailed instructions on flexibility/strength training exercises, proper nutrition and hydration tips, etc., as well as unlimited phone and email interaction.  I will be there for you to answer any of your questions or provide advice to help you reach your running and fitness goals.  All training plans are designed specifically for each and every runner.


~There will be two different forms that need to be filled out, a consent form and a health questionnaire.  After I email them to you, please e-mail/mail them back to me.


Price $100/Month


Consultations are free (30-60 minutes)


Payments are due by the 1st of every month (personal checks are accepted)
