Coaching Packages

 Online coaching


This type of coaching involves communication that is mainly done by phone and email.  The plan includes a full training plan with detailed instructions on flexibility/strength training exercises, proper nutrition and hydration tips, etc., as well as unlimited phone and email interaction.  I will be there for you to answer any of your questions or provide advice to help you reach your running and fitness goals.  All training plans are designed specifically for each and every runner.


~There will be two different forms that need to be filled out, a consent form and a health questionnaire.  After I email them to you, please e-mail/mail them back to me.


Price $100/Month


Consultations are free (30-60 minutes)


Payments are due by the 1st of every month (personal checks are accepted)
